(for those with extensive equine experience, as to be assessed by RTF staff)
- Groom our domesticated horses
- Assist with special feedings of Senior Horses
- Parelli-trained natural horseman/horsewoman (socializing and groundwork)
- Mucking stalls Cleaning waterers
- Event preparation, set-up and clean-up
- Helping out during events: check-in, gift shop, servers, runners, sound equipment, parking
- Represent Return to Freedom at outreach events
- Fundraiser events
- Raise money to sponsor a horse or burro
- Cultivating possible donors and sponsors
- Assist with mailings, filing, photo-copying, phone calls

- Update of contact and media lists
- Hold seminars and classes for our Work Study Program
